1. Order Cancellation:

   • If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at thevelvetcrumb@yahoo.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.
   • Once the baking process has begun, your sale is considered final, and cancellations cannot be processed.

2. Incorrect Items or Quality Issues:

   • If you receive an incorrect item or experience any quality issues with your order, please contact us at thevelvetcrumb@yahoo.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
   • We will assess the situation and work to resolve any issues promptly.
