Thank you for choosing The Velvet Crumb! We want to ensure that your baked goods arrive fresh and on time. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Baking and Packaging Schedule:

   • To maintain the highest quality and freshness, all orders are baked and packaged the day prior to shipment or pick up.

2. Shipping Schedule:

   • Orders are dropped off at USPS on Mondays for 1–3-day shipping based on the shipping option you selected at checkout. This schedule helps minimize disruptions during transit and ensures your cookies arrive fresh!

3. Shipping Delays:

   • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that any delays occurring after your order is shipped are the responsibility of the postal service and are beyond our control.

4. Tracking Information:

   • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We encourage you to review this email first for any tracking inquiries.

5. Delivery Option:

   • $15 delivery fee for orders within a 15-mile radius of our main pick-up location in Shawnee, KS.
   • Delivery is only available for orders over $40.

   When you place your order, if it qualifies for delivery, you’ll see the delivery option available under the shipping methods at checkout.

We offer a convenient pickup option at the following locations:

1. Shawnee, KS

   • Everyone Welcome!
     You can pick up your cookies at our home in Shawnee, KS. After placing your order, you will receive the exact address, and your cookies will be available for pick up on Sunday's from 10am-1pm.
